1. Have you ever made attempts to get financial instruments (POF, CD, BG, SKR, PN - avalized corporative bills, MNT, SBLC, LC) of Ukrainian and Russian Banks from the Top 4 or good European Banks from Top 25 or USA Banks? If not, then specify the reason. If yes then specify details (what, who and when), terms and nominal.

I appealed to Ukrainian banks for credit: all of them require a liquid pledge property for credit or a rich third person as a guarantee. Unfortunately I have neither liquid property corresponding to the sum of required investments nor such third party as a guarantee. Having got the definite answer in Ukraine I decided not to refer to foreign banks as expected the same answer.

Considering ethic aspects I cannot give telephone numbers of those persons I contacted without their permission.

The usual result of our negotiation was refusal on the ground of the fact that the object of investments is situated in the rented premises. In other cases the problem of the project investing was postponed to after-elections period.

3. How would you personally appreciate the assets of your working enterprise? Have you any documented proofs? What is the annual income of your working enterprise pursuant to introduced documents and what are documented proofs?

In the rented premises of KRISTALL Cinema that is planned to become the basis of VELVET Entertainment Centre I have my personal investments in the sum of around USD 500,000 practically the whole sum being supported with estimation documents, bills and receipts - these are assets I can represent.

4. Have you any support from governmental bodies and local authorities? If yes, please specify the form and the level. Have you any proofs?

The premises of KRISTALL Cinema were privatized this spring that is recovered from the municipal property of the town and sold as an unprofitable object. It is absolutely logic that no governmental structure is able to finance the project as recently the object was rejected as a loser and transferred to a private owner. Though considering the enormous reconstruction of SHCHERBAKOVA Park on which territory the Cinema is placed it could be natural for local authorities to reconstruct the building and to arrange on its basis an entertainment centre. But the premises are sold and now in the private property by Igor Dmitriyevich ANDREYEV (http://baza.proua.com/p/159).

       In other aspects I have informal support from various branches of power as well as control authorities like fire or sanitary inspection, etc.
